The Admin Runner is responsible for supporting daily office operations through handling routine administrative tasks and running external errands. The role includes delivering and collecting documents, assisting with office logistics, and ensuring smooth coordination between the office and external entities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office tasks and keep files organized (paper and electronic)
  • Handle all correspondence: letters, , emails, and calls.
  • Arrange meetings, visits, and needed logistics.
  • Submit reports and complete external tasks with agencies.

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • 1-3 years of Experience
  • Ability to handle external tasks and interact with government entities.
  • v. Good communication skills
