Our team collaborates closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget, emphasizing creativity, precision, and technical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Review design and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Participate in responding to site inquiries and provide the necessary drawings and technical support.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and technical reports prior to project execution.
- Coordinate with Project Development and Planning teams to ensure design alignment and progress.
- Conduct site visits and provide technical recommendations when needed.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s Degree of Architecture Engineering Government universities are preferred.
- Experience: 3 – 5 years in the same position
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2d-3d), Revit, Sketch up, 3ds Max, Photoshop and Microsoft office.
- Experience of Construction /Real estate Companies is a must.
