The App allows Beta Developments’ clients and residents to securely access information about their units, contracts, financial statements, construction updates, and service requests.

All personal and property data available in the App is securely managed by Beta Developments and originates from its internal systems.
Residents are granted access to the App by invitation only from Beta Developments.

The App simply displays information already held by Beta Developments and provides tools for:

- Submitting service or maintenance requests.
